From what I can pick up on this story Amanda's idea of a raw food diet is totally off-whack to say the least! I'd love to know who's been advising her on this as it appears self-styled - hence the limitation.

I've been eating a mostly raw food diet for 17 years and coaching/teaching others in it for 12 and I can categorically state that spinach and seeds for lunch is not considered well balanced in the world of raw food either.

Amanda, if you're reading this, look me up and give me a call I'll be more than happy to help you fall in love with raw food just as I have and thousands of others around the globe. In fact I'd love to.

When raw food is done right nothing can beat it for taste, nutrition, weight loss potential and unbeatable energy. Spinach and seeds just ain't going to deliver that but there's PLENTY of other meals, drinks, desserts and treats that can.

Yours in health,
