Chelsea Clinton spin class weight loss program

Chelsea Clinton allegedly lost 25 pounds after embarking on a weight loss and fitness program. Ms Clinton, 30, exercised in Soul Cycle, a workout studio, in Manhattan, several times per week. At each session, Clinton invested 45 minutes to an hour of her time participating in the spin classes.
The Spin is a concentrated Cardio exercise that uses a special stationary exercise bicycle that is fitted with a weighted flywheel. A spin class can help the body burn a maximum of 500 calories per hour.
Chelsea Clinton’s weight loss program involved dieting and spin class. Clinton was said to weigh 160 pounds in April 2006 but has experienced weight loss after kicking in her weight loss resolution. Clinton now weighs 135 pounds and reportedly wears a size 2.
