Geri Halliwell, a former Spice Girl, said she once suffered from bulimia. Halliwell was obsessed with weight loss.
Halliwell was worried about gaining weight and looking fat.
She would on periods of binge eating and then felt fat and guilty later. Halliwell struggled with her weight and image issues and felt she was sinking deeper in despair.
Halliwell said she confided to her good friend, Robbie Williams, about her struggle with bulimia and he advised her to get help.
Williams opened Halliwell’s eyes to the dangers of her eating disorder. He helped her realize how serious bulimia was and how rehab would help her get well and live a healthy life.
Halliwell said her bout with rehab changed her life and eating habits. She exercises now to maintain a stable weight and eats well enough to remain healthy.

That was actually quit interesting, but I have heard rumors about this before.
Bulimia actually ruins the body, it literally tears the body down inside.
The only way to really lose weight and stay slim is to eat properly, and to avoid the stuffs that makes you fat.
