Jay McCarroll’s weight loss has made him the winner of Celebrity Fit Club on Monday, April 5, 2010. McCarroll, a fashion designer, was also the winner of Project Runway, season 1, years ago.
Jay McCarroll lost 40 pounds while on Celebrity Fit Club. He weighs 218 pounds now. He’s happy to be able to wear Levi jeans now. What’s even better, he’s maintaining his weight loss and able to decrease the size of his jeans gradually.
McCarroll said he has a plan for weight loss. He exercises 4 time weekly and eats home cooked food to lose weight.
Jay McCarroll shares his healthy light snacks with us and his secrets on maintaining weight loss. He eats light string cheese, oranges, apples, almonds and crackers.

Well his weight loss plan is not that hard to follow. What is important about his weight loss plan is that is the natural and healthy. I do believe that a combination of proper diet and exercising regularly can really make you fit and healthy.
