5.) Don’t take medicines containing caffeine.
6.) Don’t drink teas, except for camomille tea, which contains a herb that reduces stress .
7.) Establish regular sleeping and waking hours.
8.) Don’t drink too much before bedtime because you’ll be awakened to go to the toilet and this disrupts sleep.
9.) Eat properly during the day to avoid starving your body.
10.) Plan your next day before you go to bed to avoid stress.
