Jerry Ferrara weight loss diet

Jerry Ferrara has planned his weight loss with a change in diet and lifetsyle. Ferrara ate protein based tofu, fruit and veggies. He replaced fatty hamburgers with more greens and fruits. Ferrara exercised regularly by walking in the Runyon Canyon, in Los Angeles. Ferrara lost a minimum of 55 pounds.
