Jillian Michaels is fighting back. Michaels sues Melissa Harnett for defaming her. Harnett is the lawyer who filed a class action lawsuit against Michaels.
Harnett said to TMZ, a celebrity news media, that, “Telling people you take two magic pills and then eat chocolate cake all day is a deception.” Michaels said this statement was a defamation of her reputation as the Calorie Control product and developers didn’t claim the supplement could be a chocolate cake buster. Michaels wants unspecified damages from Harnett.
It sucks to be the lawyer who made a casual statement to the press on behalf of a client and get sued for it.

This makes me sick, so these 2 idiots are suing somebody because they are fat… nobody else made them that way. I love how the one lady said she is “devastated” now, but she wasn’t so “devastated” even though she’s been fat her whole life. The bottle even says it’s not FDA approved. Some things work for some people, and some don’t. If everybody sued for a failed weight loss program, the world would be over. Millions of people fail every day. This makes me so angry
