Kelly Osbourne: Kelly Osbourne plans more weight loss

Kelly Osbourne had some weight loss since her participation in Dancing with the Stars. Osbourne knew about her improved figure after her weight loss but said she still lacked confidence being photographed in her bikini or swimsuit.

Osbourne thinks she is still on the heavy side despite her recent weight loss. Kelly Osbourne is basically saying she wants more weight loss.

Kelly said when her family went to a Japanese restaurant, her mother Sharon was appalled at having to cook. If you don’t like to cook your own food, you won’t be cooking an awful lot to eat to gain weight. That may be how Sharon Osbourne stays slim.

Kelly Osbourne has been hired by Dr Phil McGraw to be a contributor for weight loss and addiction, on his talk show.

Dr McGraw chose Kelly Osbourne for her personal experiences fighting addictions and weight fluctuations.
Osbourne said she was 15 when she was offered a prescription pill at a club. Osbourne said she took it because she was feeling bad, isolated and a misfit. She was a new immigrant from the UK at that time.

Osbourne explained she popped the pill because it looked harmless and she was transformed in her mind.

Kelly Osbourne has lost weight since her first pill and weight problematic days. Osbourne went down from 160 to 118 pounds. Osbourne changed her dress size from 14 to 2. Osbourne learned some good exercises and dieting tips when she trained and competed in Dancing with the Stars 2009. She lost weight dramatically.

Osbourne said she was a Vicodin addict at 17 years old. She admitted taking up to 50 pills per day.

Kelly Osbourne is reaching out to people to warn them the dangers of drug addiction.

Kelly Osbourne shared her secret to weight loss. Osbourne gave away a trick she used that was possible for everyone to follow.

Osbourne’s tip did not involve refraining from eating. As a matter of fact, you are encouraged to eat. Osbourne said she would eat a small snack that didn’t contain carbohydrates and sugar before bedtime.

Osbourne explained that kind of snack kept metabolism rate working at a constant pace. So while your body is sleeping, your metabolism is maintained at a constant pace to burn up energy.
