Kendra Wilkinson’s new fitness DVD is done with her trainer Nicky Hollander. Wilkinson lost 50 pounds of mummy and baby weight after Hollander helped her. Knockout With Kendra will be in stores during this summer of 2010.

Kendra Wilkinson claimed she lost one pound per day on her diet. She exercised by walking and had weight loss just by following a simple, sensible plan.

One small piece of chicken breast.
