Michelle Obama weight loss diet for everyone
US First Lady Michelle Obama wants to encourage the nation’s children to lose weight. Mrs Obama said her daughters, Malia Obama and Sasha Obama had been on a diet for weight loss as they were gaining weight.
Mrs Obama wanted to show and prove how she walked the talk and encouraged others to do simple things for weight loss.
What was Michelle Obama’s diet for Sasha, Malia and everyone else?
1.) Restricted quantity of burgers per week
2.) Drink low fat milk instead of full cream milk.
3.) Water replaced drinks with sugar.
4.) Consume fruits for snacks.
In the US, 2 out of 3 adults are overweight, and 1 out of 3 children are over weight.
Mrs Obama had already made a guest appearance in Iron Chef to promote the consumption of vegetables in every diet. She discussed about the White House vegetable garden and showed how she shared her garden with elementary school children who helped her tend to the vegetable plot.
The crux of good eating habits lies at home. When there is a vegetable plot at home, there is no excuse not ton eat vegetables.
