Mila Kunis has a weight loss of 20 pounds when she got her figure ready for actin in Black Swan. Kunis said she was confident she could lose the weight as she had set her mind to it.
Kunis said she was of the opinion that anyone could lose weight. Her celebrity trainer is Brian Abercrombie. He worked on training Kunis for 3 to 5 days per week, to help her lose weight. Abercrombie shaped Kunis’ figure with a low carbohydrate diet, to prepare for her role in “Friends With Benefits”.
