New Atkins diet promises more weight loss

Fans of the Atkins diet for weight loss may rejoice now. Doctors have revamped Atkins’ diet to make it healthier and easier to follow with even better weight loss results.
The Atkins’ diet advocates a low level carbohydrate diet for weight loss. Jennifer Aniston and Renee Zellweger were once fans of Atkins’diet.
The old Atkins’ diet advocated consumption of steak, eggs, and a tiny salad. The new edition of Atkins’ diet allows dieters to eat vegetables, potatoes, berries and some bread.
A dieter may get weight loss of about one stone during the first fortnight of using the new Atkins’ diet.
