Ricky Gervais has a weight loss plan to share. Gervais said he wanted to get some weight loss after realizing he was becoming lazy. He eliminated his late night supper and exercised by walking during the day. Gervais said he discovered that the culprit was the 11:30 pm second dinner.

Gervais’ long time girlfriend, Jane Fallon, said she was also trying to lose weight around the time Gervais had changed his eating habits. She cooked healthier meals by reducing the calorie count, while not compromising on the quality and quantity of food served.

Fallon said Gervais and herself did not feel deprived of their favorite food as they basically ate the same recipes and menus but in healthier servings.

Gervais started running around his neighborhood. Gervais said he didn’t change his diet for weight loss. Gervais did it by eliminating late night suppers.

Gervais’ long term girlfriend, Jane Fallon, said they had weight loss together because she was consciously cooking healthier meals.

Gervais lost around 20 to 22 pounds of weight. Fallon lost around 18 pounds.

Fallon said she cooked healthier meals by reducing the calories while not reducing the quality of quantity of food. When the both of them started running, they lost weight on the much lesser calories they were consuming.
