Tori Spelling’s continual weight loss showed as her rib cage sunk in, exposing her breast implants as large structures against her thin frame. Spelling’s collar bone became prominent like a contoured necklace. After some weight loss, the skin over a slight body frame is stretched thinly over the larger implants, which isn’t good. The constant pull of gravity also stretches the skin, albeit in the downward direction.
